New IP Opportunity in Virginia

Doug Koelmay of Qorvis writes that Virginia universities have a new opportunity to develop effective intellectual property licensing and technology commercialization policies in Bacon's Rebellion this week. It's worth a look, even if only for the title we wish we had thought of.
