The Richmond TimesDispatch interviews some of Richmond's oldest, and youngest, entrepreneurs.
The list includes Randy Copeland, president and CEO of Velocity Micro Inc., maker of high-end gaming computers, Joel Erb, president and CEO of INM United, a Web development and marketing firm, Spencer Williamson, the new CEO of Intelliject, and Ken Ampy, CEO of IT consulting firm Astyra Corp., who said "Wayne Gretzky, when asked about what made him great, remarked, 'I don't go to where the puck is. I go to where it's going to be.'
Robert S. Ukrop, president and chief executive of Ukrop's Super Markets Inc., said 'People will listen to what you say, but they will believe what you do.'
